About the role

To facilitate the end-to-end account opening process for Business Banking customers while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and service level agreements. The role is responsible for reviewing account opening documentation, conducting due diligence, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

Process business account opening applications accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Review account opening forms and supporting documents for completeness and compliance.
Verify trade licenses, constitutional documents, shareholder information, and authorized signatory details.
Ensure all customer onboarding requirements are fulfilled prior to account activation.
Liaise with Relationship Managers, Sales Teams, and clients to obtain missing documentation or clarifications.
Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence and compliance checks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain records and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
