About the role
The Relationship Officer will onboard high‑quality clients, focusing on liability products for the Emirati and Islamic segments within the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard Emirati & Islamic clients for liability products.
- Promote and process personal loans, account opening, Wakala, fixed deposits and other bank offerings.
- Manage ongoing client relationships and support service‑related inquiries.
- Onboard Mashreq Gold profile clients.
Required profile
- Experience in retail banking or client acquisition.
- Knowledge of liability products and Islamic banking principles.
