Relationship Officer

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, target‑driven Relationship Officer to represent a reputed bank in the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards.
• Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, corporate visits and other channels.
• Identify eligible customers, ensure quality submissions and achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, fees and eligibility clearly to customers.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation and follow bank policies, compliance and ethical sales practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of banking or sales experience (preferred).
• Graduation mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented with a strong willingness to succeed.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
