Relationship Officer – UBank (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Relationship Officer will join the uBank team within ADCB's Retail Banking Group, delivering high‑quality service to UAE national customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, handling transactions, answering inquiries, and promoting banking solutions that drive satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, execute banking transactions and promote uBank products.
• Respond to inquiries promptly to ensure high service quality.
• Identify cross‑sell, up‑sell and retention opportunities to increase market share and wallet share.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements for risk mitigation.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on interactions and transactions.
• Follow organisational SOPs and deliver service standards consistently.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people‑management policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in banking or a customer‑service role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
