Relationship Officer – uBank (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Join the uBank team within Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and help deliver innovative retail banking solutions to UAE nationals. The role focuses on high‑quality customer interactions, transaction processing and promoting the bank’s product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of uBank services by managing customer interactions, executing transactions and promoting banking solutions.
• Execute banking transactions and respond to customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify new sales leads and relationship development opportunities through cross‑sell, upsell and retention.
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow organisational and departmental policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage self in line with the bank’s people‑management policies.
• Demonstrate ADCB Service Standards to deliver required service levels.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in banking or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Flexible to work in mall/shift branches with morning (9:45‑16:00) or evening (15:45‑22:00) shifts.
• Availability to work 7 days a week with one day off per week.
• Excellent English communication skills.
