Remote Customer Service Administrative Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrative Representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live‑chat, helping customers with inquiries, account updates, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM.
• Collect and share customer feedback to improve services and internal processes.
• Support internal knowledge bases and keep documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
