About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries across phone, email and live chat, delivering professional support and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships, gather feedback, and contribute insights for process improvement.
• Utilize CRM and support tools, keep documentation up‑to‑date, and support internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
