Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone promptly and professionally.

• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system and follow up to ensure complete resolution.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, patient, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Required skills
