Customer Support Representative – Remote

About the role

Pulse is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Support Representative to join its fully remote team. This entry‑level position assists customers with routine inquiries, orders, and account requests while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone using approved scripts and resources.
• Enter and update customer information, maintain accurate records, and process authorized account changes.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, ensuring clear case notes and timely follow‑up.
• Assist with order status inquiries, route specialized issues to the appropriate department, and document all actions.
• Support internal administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, trackers, and shared inboxes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Good organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
