About the role

We are seeking a Remote JavaScript Developer to join a leading AI company. The role combines full‑stack development with Python‑based AI model training and optimization, allowing you to work on cutting‑edge commercial and research projects from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to perform thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
