Remote JavaScript & Python Full‑Stack Developer for AI

About the role

We are seeking a talented JavaScript and Python full‑stack developer to join a leading AI company on a remote, full‑time basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes cutting‑edge AI models for commercial and research applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining high‑quality task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, and front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong peer‑review skills for code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerisation and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
