Remote JavaScript & Python Full‑Stack Developer for AI Projects

About the role

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript and Python full‑stack developer to join a leading AI company on a remote, full‑time basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality code that trains, evaluates, and optimizes advanced AI models for commercial and research applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Run benchmark evaluations and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.
• Assess and rank AI model responses across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with defined criteria.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers, annotators, and engineers to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Familiarity with containerisation using Docker.
• Understanding of performance measurement tools and methodologies.
