Remote Sales Executive - Media & Advertising

About the role

Sortitt is recruiting a Sales Executive for a client in the media and advertising industry. The role is remote, but candidates must be physically located in the UAE. The Sales Executive drives revenue growth, builds strong client relationships and closes high-value advertising deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new clients in the media, digital advertising and marketing landscape.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Pitch advertising solutions tailored to client needs, aligned with their brand and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach and presentations to negotiations and closing.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media buying, content) to deliver successful campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market insights.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai/UAE.
• 2-4 years of sales experience in media, digital marketing or advertising agencies.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Existing client network in the UAE market is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital advertising products, media buying and campaign performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote workflows effectively.
