Renewals Consultant

About the role

The Renewals Consultant actively manages the license renewal process for IFZA's professional partners and administrative teams. The role involves meeting partners, resolving their objections and issues, and informing clients about license status and renewal dates. It includes formal face-to-face meetings and timely follow-up with all partners and entities.

Key responsibilities

• Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewal dates within organizational timeframes and guidelines.
• Handle complex cases escalated from the administrative team and provide effective solutions for unique situations.
• Negotiate matters with professional partners to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties.
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans that improve partner conversion rates.
• Monitor and regularly update the CRM system to manage the portfolio effectively.
• Respond promptly to client emails and queries, and conduct regular in-person meetings with clients.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with professional partners, including preparing reports, hosting meetings and running training sessions.
• Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office.
• Confident personality, able to communicate well on the phone and in person.
• Self-motivated, accountable, with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of exceptional performance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of licensing, amendments, cancellations and immigration processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
