Rental Asset Operations Manager

About the role

The Rental Asset Operations Manager leads the planning, coordination and optimisation of rental assets across multiple categories. This role ensures smooth inbound and outbound flows, accurate tracking and compliance with operational standards in both warehouse and project environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and book rental assets, managing utilisation across all categories.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations including preparation, dispatch, returns, inspection and system updates.
• Coordinate manpower, vehicle booking and shipment documentation for warehouse activities.
• Track asset movement using rental management systems, RFID technology and other operational tools.
• Maintain asset accuracy, traceability and system integrity.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and readiness of assets.
• Support continuous process standardisation and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in rental, warehouse or asset management operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to performance improvement.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage resources efficiently.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
