About the role
As a Repairs Specialist/Artisan within the Care Services Team, you will work from our Dubai warehouse to preserve and enhance the artistry of Louis Vuitton products. You will deliver high‑quality repair services and after‑sales support, ensuring craftsmanship excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform repairs on leather goods, accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Manage engraving, hot stamping, and repair‑tracking systems.
- Maintain spare‑parts inventory and coordinate orders with Paris when required.
- Ensure quality, lead time, and prioritisation of repairs.
- Communicate proactively with stores about repair status and any delays.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of after‑sales service.
Required profile
- Technical background in repairs or craftsmanship.
- Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
