Research Scientist – AI for Precision Medicine

About the role

We are seeking a talented Research Scientist to join our team in AI for Precision Medicine and Therapeutics. The role focuses on developing AI and network data‑science algorithms to mine multi‑omics and medical data, supporting flagship projects such as the Human Phenotype Project and the Emirati Genome Project.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and network algorithms for molecular multi‑omics and clinical data analysis.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance state‑of‑the‑art precision‑medicine methods.
• Contribute to large‑scale projects including the Human Phenotype Project and Emirati Genome Project.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong background in data science, bioinformatics, AI/ML/DL, genomics, network biology and computational chemistry.
• Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Record of publications in top‑tier conferences or journals.
