Reservation Agent – DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa

About the role

As a Reservation Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay. Your focus will be on delivering the signature Hilton hospitality while accurately handling reservations and driving room revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservation enquiries, bookings, amendments, and cancellations in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify and act on opportunities to increase revenue through proactive selling and up‑selling of rooms, packages, and offers.
• Ensure reservation accuracy by carefully reviewing guest details, rates, preferences, and special requirements.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing personalized service that reflects Hilton’s brand standards.
• Follow Hilton reservation procedures, credit policies, and hotel guidelines while maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and embodying Hilton’s core values.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality, reservations, or a similar role.
