Reservation Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservation Agent will manage room bookings for Four Seasons Resort Dubai, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for guests, travel agents, and internal departments. This position plays a key part in maximizing occupancy and revenue while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general information about the hotel and its facilities to callers and email inquiries.
• Process reservations via telephone, email, fax, telex, or the central reservation system.
• Handle bookings from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
• Maintain accurate reservation records organized by arrival date and alphabetically.
• Communicate reservation details to the front‑desk team and update room availability across all channels and the hotel website.
• Open and close inventory as required, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons sales standards.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple booking channels.
