Reservations Agent – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling hotel room reservations and ensuring a smooth and efficient booking experience for guests. The role involves responding to reservation inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate guest information, and coordinating with other hotel departments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via telephone, email, online channels, and other booking platforms.
• Process individual, group, corporate, and special‑event reservations accurately.
• Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, promotions, hotel facilities, and services.
• Recommend suitable room options and upsell categories, packages, and additional services.
• Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations according to hotel policies.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking details, payment information, and special requests in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and other departments to communicate guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability, rates, restrictions, and inventory to support revenue optimization.

Required profile

• Passion for guest service and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset.
• Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel experience is an asset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (e.g., POS).
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
• Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
