Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will handle all guest inquiries related to room bookings at Raffles the Palm Dubai, ensuring each interaction maximises revenue while delivering the brand’s signature service. You will work closely with the Reservations Manager and the revenue management team to turn enquiries into confirmed stays.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone and online reservation requests, applying ACCOR pricing strategies across retail, corporate, leisure, and group segments.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while adhering to rate restrictions, hurdles and availability controls.
• Upsell and cross‑sell hotel products and services to increase average daily rate.
• Maintain accurate records in Opera PMS and ensure data integrity for revenue reporting.
• Collaborate with the revenue management team to align daily bookings with overall revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in hotel reservations or a similar front‑office role.
• Strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
