About the role
The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests planning their stay at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. You will ensure a smooth booking experience while promoting the resort’s premium services and facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation enquiries.
- Maximise revenue through effective up‑selling and optimal room allocation.
- Recommend property facilities and handle special guest requests.
- Process room reservations, maintain accurate rooming lists and update the reservation system.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
- Guest‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Opera PMS.
