Reservations Agent

About the role

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR, a luxury hotel in Dubai, is looking for a professional, customer-focused Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them book rooms smoothly and providing accurate information about the property and its surroundings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to room reservation inquiries by phone, email and other channels
• Book accommodations for guests across leisure, business travel and group segments
• Record reservation details accurately in the Property Management System
• Upsell room types and additional services to maximise revenue
• Explain the property's amenities and local attractions in the UAE
• Work with other departments so that guest requests and special requirements are met
• Handle changes, cancellations and special requests, and resolve complaints professionally
• Keep up to date on room availability, rates and promotions, and help improve reservation processes

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in reservations or sales, preferably in hospitality
• Excellent English; Russian or Turkish is a plus
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong written communication
• Typing speed of around 40 words per minute
• Flexible availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
