Reservations Assistant

About the role

The Reservations Assistant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina will support the hotel’s occupancy goals by managing incoming reservations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service that aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Download bookings from external reservation systems and input them accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, operating hours, and local attractions.
• Handle VIP and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rates, room types, hotel products and competitors.
• Review daily correspondence, verify reservation details and document information.
• Monitor no‑show records, pending reservations and upcoming bookings for the next two weeks, informing the sales team of leads.
• Check visa statuses and manage pending or expiring visas for guests.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar reservations role at a 4‑star or 5‑star city hotel in Dubai.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
