Reservations & Service Center Agent (UAE National)

About the role

As a Reservations & Service Center Agent you will be the primary point of contact for accommodation bookings, service requests, restaurant reservations and guest inquiries. Your professionalism, attention to detail and passion for service will create positive first impressions, support operational excellence and drive the hotel’s commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations and special requests across phone, email and digital channels with accuracy.
• Upsell and manage inventory to maximize revenue while applying revenue‑management principles.
• Coordinate guest preferences, arrival logistics, transportation and special occasions with relevant departments.
• Manage restaurant bookings and guest inquiries, ensuring seamless communication with dining outlets.
• Process in‑house guest requests through hotel systems and follow up to guarantee timely completion and satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, professional service that reflects Rosewood’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering exceptional guest service in luxury hospitality, reservations, front‑office or contact‑center environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport while handling inquiries discreetly.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Commercially minded, able to identify opportunities that enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Calm under pressure, sound judgment and comfort working with hotel systems and technology.
