Residence Associate – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

The Residence Associate is the primary point of contact for residents and long‑stay guests at a luxury hotel, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and day‑to‑day experiences. Working closely with the Residential Manager and multiple hotel departments, you will help maintain the ultra‑luxury standards that define Rosewood Hotel Group.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests, managing check‑in and check‑out with accuracy and discretion.
• Anticipate and respond to resident needs, coordinating inquiries, special arrangements and service requests.
• Prepare and maintain residential lease agreements, renewals and accurate documentation.
• Monitor payment schedules, ensure compliance with cashiering procedures and follow up on agreements.
• Conduct departure walk‑throughs and weekly random apartment inspections to uphold standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a luxury or ultra‑luxury hotel environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work quickly with professionalism.
• Excellent guest‑facing communication, calm under pressure and strong etiquette.
• Ability to anticipate luxury guest needs and provide thoughtful follow‑through.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; additional languages are a plus.
