Residence Maintenance Engineer ATM Systems

About the role

The Residence Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep, warranty support and operation of a sophisticated ATM system and its supporting infrastructure at residential sites. Working closely with local maintenance crews and international engineering teams, you will ensure high system reliability and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, integrate, test and maintain ATM hardware and associated equipment.
• Provide first‑line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and system issues.
• Develop and deliver maintenance procedures and technical instructions for local engineering teams.
• Train maintenance personnel on‑the‑job and offer ongoing technical guidance.
• Support software upgrades, releases, problem reports and hardware repair activities.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical problems and implement system changes.
• Assist with cybersecurity measures and routine system maintenance.
• Travel to other project sites or overseas when required for support and training.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Experience with complex computer systems, servers, network switches, firewalls and related infrastructure.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, UNIX/Linux operating systems and TCP/IP networking.
• Good command of technical English.
• Experience with ATM systems or TopSky‑ATC is highly desirable.
