Residences Public Area Supervisor

About the role

The Residences Public Area Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities meet the highest quality standards after cleaning. This role coordinates housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry teams to maintain seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and pool areas post‑cleaning to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, identify discrepancies, prioritize cleaning, and update departing room statuses.
• Act as liaison among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to resolve issues and communicate room‑assignment changes.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies, reporting hazards or incidents promptly.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and operating housekeeping carts safely.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in hospitality operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience overseeing staff.
