Resident Consultant XSOAR Specialist

About the role

The Resident Consultant XSOAR Specialist will act as the primary technical and operational subject‑matter expert for automation, integration, and playbook development within our cyber‑defense services. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver secure, automated solutions that protect our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and thought‑partnering to optimise security processes and systems.
• Support pre‑sales, sales and business development activities for new and existing services.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defense, Platforms & Architecture, and Managed Controls teams to implement and deliver cyber‑defense solutions.
• Assist in service transition, ensuring smooth hand‑over of customers and infrastructure to operations.
• Detect, mitigate, contain and respond to cyber‑security incidents through integrated automation.
• Create, optimise and document processes, procedures and workflows; track and report SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
• Participate in 24/7 incident, problem, risk and compliance management as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with PAN Cortex XSOAR (Demisto SOAR).
• Strong knowledge of cyber‑threat landscape, threat actors, TTPs and mitigation strategies across on‑prem, cloud and distributed environments.
• ITIL accreditation or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PCSAE or PCSE.

Required skills

• PAN Cortex XSOAR (Demisto) platform.
• Scripting and integration using Python, Go, Kusto/KQL and PowerShell.
• Expertise with SIEM, Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Web Application Firewalls (WAF).
• Proficiency in Office 365 and IT service‑management tools.
