Residential Business Development Manager

About the role

The Residential Business Development Manager will lead the rollout and management of Sungrow's Installer Ecosystem Programme across the MEA region. The role focuses on expanding the installer network, driving activation, and ensuring high‑performance and loyalty of active installers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional rollout of the Installer Ecosystem Programme, translating HQ framework into country‑level execution plans.
• Coordinate installer recruitment, activation, certification, development and retention initiatives.
• Maintain regional dashboards, define KPIs (registered installers, activation rate, certified installers, PV/MW installed, etc.) and report performance to MEA management and HQ.
• Design and implement loyalty incentives, points systems, classification levels and recognition programmes.
• Act as the primary liaison between HQ, Channels, Service, Marketing and Technical Training to ensure alignment and timely execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in partner/installer ecosystem development, loyalty programmes, channel or indirect sales, or regional programme management.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic strongly preferred; Mandarin Chinese a strong advantage.
