About the role

As a Resort Host at Banyan Tree Dubai you will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm and seamless arrival and departure experience. You will represent the brand’s elegance and intuitive service standards while supporting front‑office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check‑in using the hotel PMS system.
• Process check‑outs accurately and handle all departure formalities.
• Escort or direct guests to their rooms and resort facilities as needed.
• Respond to guest enquiries, provide personalised information about resort services and the local area.
• Manage guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating when required.
• Support day‑to‑day front office tasks to maintain efficient operations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
