Resort Manager / Hotel Manager – Al Wadi, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Resort Manager / Hotel Manager acts as the strategic business leader of property operations and serves as General Manager in their absence. They oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Spa & Recreation, and Security, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage profitability by reviewing financial reports, controlling expenses, and ensuring capital funds align with service strategy.
• Drive revenue goals by monitoring sales performance, occupancy, rates, and wage budgets.
• Oversee property operations across all departments, championing the brand’s service vision and ensuring consistent guest experiences.
• Lead department heads to develop and execute operational strategies, fostering employee engagement and owner relationships.
• Handle guest experience issues, respond to complaints, and ensure service standards exceed expectations.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 4 years relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality industry.
