Resort Marketing Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Resort Marketing Manager to lead the advertising and brand marketing efforts for its upcoming luxury resort in the United Arab Emirates. The role will shape the resort’s market positioning, drive integrated campaigns and support the guest journey from inspiration through post‑stay loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate Wynn Al Marjan Island as a world‑class destination.
• Lead cross‑channel campaigns promoting rooms, dining, leisure, entertainment and seasonal highlights.
• Ensure all communications align with Wynn brand standards and convey a cohesive luxury narrative.
• Oversee creation of content, visuals and experiences that showcase the resort’s unique lifestyle and amenities.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Entertainment, Spa, Retail, Digital, PR and Social Media teams for integrated execution.
• Support marketing initiatives across the full guest lifecycle, from inspiration to post‑stay engagement.
• Track campaign performance, visitation drivers and engagement metrics, using insights to refine strategy.
• Manage the resort marketing budget, prioritising spend and measuring outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and guest preferences to keep the offering competitive.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in hospitality or resort marketing.
• Proven success in delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
