Response Center Operator – Autonomous Vehicles

<h2>Role Overview</h2><p>We are seeking a Response Center Operator to monitor the operational status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate the appropriate response to incidents, accidents and other operational emergencies.</p><p>The position requires strong situational awareness, clear communication and the ability to respond quickly and accurately to developing situations.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Monitor the real-time operational status of autonomous vehicles.</p></li><li><p>Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.</p></li><li><p>Rapidly dispatch emergency work orders to relevant ground support teams.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.</p></li><li><p>Escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.</p></li><li><p>Execute map interruption processes in accordance with operational guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Monitor incident progress through to appropriate resolution or escalation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.</p></li><li><p>Follow established emergency response and operational procedures at all times.</p></li></ul><h2>Candidate Profile</h2><ul><li><p>Previous experience in a control room, command centre, emergency response centre, fleet monitoring environment or similar operation is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.</p></li><li><p>Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.</p></li><li><p>Experience within transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations would be advantageous.</p></li></ul><p></p>
