About the role
Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience. Must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
Key responsibilities
- Set up tables, serve food and beverage to guests, and clear/clean tables.
- Provide detailed food and wine recommendations to guests.
Required profile
- 1-2 years’ experience in 5‑star luxury hotels in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food and wine with outstanding sales skills.
