Restaurant General Manager – Farmhouse by Syrco

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead Al Wadi Restaurant – Farmhouse by Syrco in Ras Al Khaimah. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service operations.
• Assist with menu planning and maintain high sanitation standards.
• Support servers and hosts during peak periods to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor staffing levels, control costs and achieve financial targets.
• Identify training needs, develop and implement coaching plans for the team.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, **or** a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of service and sanitation standards.
