About the role

As a Restaurant General Manager you will lead one of Hilton’s hotel dining outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitable operations. You will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable moments for every guest who walks through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, overseeing guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by monitoring service and product quality, assessing satisfaction, addressing issues, and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Inspire and develop the team through supervision, coaching, performance evaluations, professional development, and recognition.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing innovative marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard talent to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
• Uphold regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
