Restaurant Growth Partner (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals in the United Arab Emirates to join our Global Food Ventures partner network as Restaurant Growth Partners. In this role you will leverage your existing relationships with restaurants to introduce them to our virtual‑brand model, helping them launch delivery‑first concepts using their current kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with under‑utilised kitchen space across the UAE.
• Present the GFV virtual‑brand system to owners and operators and explain the revenue benefits.
• Guide partners through the onboarding and launch process for new delivery‑focused brands.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with partner restaurants and monitor their performance.
• Expand the network of kitchen partners to increase GFV’s market presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the UAE food‑service, hospitality or restaurant sector.
• Strong network of contacts with restaurant owners, chefs, consultants or delivery platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal portfolio of partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen capacity management.
• Understanding of virtual‑brand concepts and delivery‑first business models.
