About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and support smooth front‑of‑house operations, ensuring every diner enjoys a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Manage seating arrangements, balancing reservation preferences and table availability.
• Receive and confirm reservations via phone, email, or in‑person.
• Provide menu guidance, answer guest inquiries, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized waiting area and host stand.
• Communicate with the service team to ensure efficient table turnover.
• Send reservation reminders and follow up with guests for feedback.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions accurately, issuing receipts.
• Assist with overall dining area cleanliness and presentation.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability to manage reservations and guest flow.
• Problem‑solving mindset with calm handling of guest concerns.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in customer service is preferred.
