Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

As the Restaurant Manager for the All Day Dining outlet at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences, you will lead daily operations and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, quality, and profitability while fostering a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, and budgeting.
• Monitor service delivery and product quality, address guest feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing, up‑selling techniques, and promotional activities.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Manage financial performance, profitability, and cost controls.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across the outlet.
