About the role

Join the Hilton family as a Restaurant Manager for the All Day Dining outlet at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and inspire a high‑performing team in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing, up‑selling techniques, and promotional initiatives.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
