Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join one of our venues in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality background, solid leadership abilities, and a hands‑on approach to daily operations and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, train and motivate the front‑of‑house team.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and other departments.
• Assist with recruitment, training, staffing levels, cost control and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety procedures.
• Support senior management with daily operational requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in high‑end, lifestyle or standalone restaurants.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management skills.
• Hands‑on, energetic and guest‑focused approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• UAE or broader Middle East experience is preferred.
