Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and customer‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure high standards of food service and cleanliness, and drive team performance in our Dubai location.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, supervise staff, and manage shift schedules.
• Maintain service standards, handle customer feedback, and ensure food quality and dining‑area cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, monitor opening/closing procedures, and manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Control inventory, monitor waste and operational costs, and prepare operational reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintain employee attendance records.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or F&B Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
