Restaurant Manager – Issei

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager for its Issei venue in Dubai. You will lead the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery, reservations, table planning and guest requests.
• Monitor revenue, costs, productivity and profitability, implementing strategies to meet financial targets.
• Manage inventory, stock control, ordering and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain food quality, presentation and menu knowledge.
• Drive upselling initiatives and promote restaurant offerings.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate team members, fostering a positive service‑oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other hotel departments for promotions and events.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor performance indicators and implement improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of restaurant operations experience, preferably in Nikkei dining.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Strong beverage knowledge (wines, spirits, cocktails) and established industry connections in Dubai.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems.
• Experience using reservation platforms.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktail service standards.
• Ability to manage inventory and cost control tools.
