Restaurant Manager - Italian Fine Dining Concept

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine‑dining concept within a prestigious 5‑star luxury property in Dubai. The role demands a dynamic hospitality professional who can ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold luxury service standards.
• Deliver a memorable dining experience, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
• Maintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef on authentic Italian menu development.
• Drive revenue through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, P&L, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience in fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven background with Italian cuisine concepts (preferred).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment.
• Current residence in the UAE or willingness to relocate.
