Restaurant Manager

About the role

Aldhafra Resort is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead its dining operations. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service on the floor, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Create innovative programs and promotions to increase guest patronage.
• Assist with financial budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Cover shifts as needed and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of full‑service restaurant management experience, preferably in Mediterranean concepts.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and cover shifts.
• Proven leadership, customer service, and people‑management abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• BSc in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Serve and Respeak.
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
