Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced dining environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and compliance while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations across all shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand SOPs.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service standards; address guest feedback promptly.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a team of 15+ front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff; conduct briefings, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Manage staff attendance, leave, and labor costs in line with budgetary targets.
• Drive sales growth, monitor P&L, COGS, inventory, and wastage; implement cost‑control measures.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, labor, and stock variance; execute local marketing and upselling initiatives.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, and staff certifications are current; handle cash, POS reconciliation, and petty cash.
• Coordinate with suppliers, facilities, and central teams for maintenance and procurement; uphold safety and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the UAE/GCC, preferably in casual or QSR dining.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
• Fluent English required; Hindi is an advantage.
• Guest‑obsessed, hands‑on attitude, willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.
