About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent service, and create a memorable guest experience in our Abu Dhabi location.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and operational concerns professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, HR, finance, and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance.
• Conduct staff training and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards, preferably in fine dining or premium settings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest‑handling and problem‑solving.
