About the role
The Reservations Agent will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax, or mail, ensuring guests receive accurate information and excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, verify room availability, rates, and guarantee policies.
- Document special requests, handle complimentary, employee discount, travel agent, and wholesale reservations.
- Provide information on property facilities, services, and answer guest inquiries.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using reservation systems to input codes and rates.
- Clear, professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
