Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead all aspects of restaurant operations at Anantara Downtown Dubai, ensuring an exceptional guest experience that meets Forbes Travel Guide, LQA and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant service, maintain strong floor presence and engage directly with guests.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes, LQA, HACCP and hygiene standards, conducting briefings and quality checks.
• Drive revenue through upselling, average check improvement and effective cost control.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance to build a high‑service culture.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Stewarding and other hotel departments to maintain operational excellence.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• 3–5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant, with prior restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
• Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and hygiene.
• Excellent guest service, leadership and communication skills.
